The main character of Loophole, Alannah Merlot, is a young cartoonist interning at a pop culture magazine. I commissioned an artist to draw some examples of the kinds of comic strips Alannah creates.
Here is one based on The Picture of Dorian Gray, a classic novel that shares some similarities with Loophole’s premise. You’ll notice Alannah has a dark sense of humor and doesn’t mind inserting her personal opinions into her work. (and DEFINITELY doesn’t have any personal opinions in common with me…)
