Happy Leap Day! So, 3 months ago today my novel Loophole was released. And it’s been really good—I’ve had some great in-person events and my publisher, Black Rose Writing, has helped get the book into the hands of way more readers than I could have reached on my own.

So … I mentioned on Saturday that the sale on Loophole was for just two days. It actually goes through this Friday! I had seen another of the three authors’ sale went for two days and assumed this one was the same length. Dumb points for me!

In any case, so far we’ve reached the top 20 in a few pretty competitive categories. 🙂 My publisher will often try out different genre labels for their books to see what works best, so these are different from the ones I posted last time.

Two weeks have already passed since Loophole’s release. And it’s been going very well—both with local marketing and ebook sales! (You might have seen me post some of the category sales rankings during the ebook sale a while back.) Thanks to everyone who’s been supporting the release.

Howdy! Last weekend I delivered copies of Loophole to two more Utah bookstores: Marissa’s Books in Millcreek and The King’s English in Salt Lake City. Both are swanky shops with super cool setups, in addition to The Printed Garden in Sandy where I did a signing last weekend.

So after the sale yesterday, Loophole had some pretty decent rankings in a few categories. And these aren’t from free downloads—they’re from paid-for ebooks. Thanks to everyone who has been supporting the book launch! 🙂
